Just that we are clear: WinFindr is freeware and it will always remain freeware. You can use it for free as a private individual, as a computer technicial working on client computers, and as a business. It is free for all purposes, no strings attached.
However, it would be very nice if you could consider supporting the development of this program by buying a license.
I have worked on developing WinFindr since 2023 and so far I think it's a pretty good software. But what would make it even better is if I could afford to buy more coffee and work on it even more, fully caffeinated!
At this time, WinFindr contains almost all the same features as WinFindr Pro, but WinFindr Pro offers a better support for command line parameters. This is useful if you want to use WinFindr in scripts or other automation tools. Also, WinFindr Pro comes with technical support. If you are using the free version, I’m afraid I cannot offer any kind of support, other than to ask you to post to the WinFindr forum.
If you buy WinFindr Pro, you are entitled for techncial support and you get my personal email address and if there is ever anything I can do to make WinFindr better for your use case, I will do my best to do so.
These are the reasons why I ask you to consider buying WinFindr Pro. It’s not expensive, it’s a one-time payment and the license is valid for life. You will get all future updates and upgrades for free.
